Refunds & Credits
-All goods will be inspected by Sunset Stitches upon arrival of the return and credit will be issued within 5 days for goods which have not been used, worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.
-Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (less the initial shipping charges.)
-Original delivery fees are only refunded if returns are deemed defective by Sunset Stitches, products purchased are not described accurately or of course, if you have received an incorrect order.
-All sale and clearance items are final.
-It if is determined a return is necessary, to initiate a return, call or email Sunset Stitches.
-Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
-There will be no returns of custom goods or personalized embroidered items.
-You are responsible for shipping products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
